1. Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹699.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹699.
2. Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
3. Shipping locations
We currently ship across India only.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS to follow your delivery.
5. Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, festivals or other events beyond our control. We will keep you informed if there is a significant delay.
6. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please make sure your address and phone number are correct. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged package
If the package looks tampered with or damaged on delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours as described in our Refund Policy.
