By accessing or purchasing from the Avellora website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Products

We try to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Actual colour and finish may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings. Product sizes and weights are approximate.

2. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept prepaid payments only (UPI, debit/credit cards and net banking). Cash on Delivery is not available. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos and designs, belongs to Avellora and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

6. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.

7. Limitation of liability

Avellora is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
